This sale is for a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Quartz  Watch .

Very expensive in the 1970s when new and quartz was in its infancy . In fact this was the first production run quartz watch made . The developement of the movement was by JLC and Girard Perregaux and calibre GP352 . This particular model is a huge chunky watch and it is new old stock which makes it very rare indeed . Totally original and includes some protective wax on the back cover from the factory which makes this a collectors dream  . These are getting hard to find and going up in value .

Condition - New old stock and fabulous never worn condition . It has not suffered from stretching of the bracelet and other general worn out features other watches have . Sharp fresh and ready for your collection . Any tiny mark will be pretty insignificant and gained through 50 years of storage . Perfect working order , new battery fitted prior to posting . No guarantee for waterproof .

Age / Circa - Made in Switzerland , Circa 1970s .

Movement - Swiss quartz Girard Perregaux calibre GP352 movement . 

Dial - Blue dial with tiger stripe type design . Quick set date window at 3 . There is a couple of very slight , extremely hard to see paint lift on a couple of baton ends . Please check all pictures .

Crystal - Original glass crystal , no scratches .

Case - Very heavily made tonneau shaped case . It is 2 part as there is an inner capsule that is removable as in the pictures . Polished and brushed finishes with push on back cover .

Case Size - 46mm top to bottom 42mm side to side ( without crown ) and 13.5mm depth

Bracelet - Original Chatelain bracelet . These were also fitted on Brietling , Omega , Eterna , Longines and many other high grade watch brands . Stainless steel from solid links . Fits up to a large 8" wrist .
