This sale is for an IWC Electronic F300Hz Watch . Circa 1970s.
 
High grade watch and cutting edge technology of its time. Based around Bullova's Accutron system of using a tuning fork that is vibrated by electro magnets and the vibrations are used as a power source for the watch mechanical parts. The movement is a Mosaba ESA 9162 which is also used by IWC, Omega, Eternal, Tasso, Zenith, Certina, Baume and Rado as well as others. Circa 1969 to 1976. 
A real classic and iconic 1970s Swiss watch from the tuning fork stable . Hear the classic Accutron hum when you put the watch to your ear and see the fantastic sweep action second hand. Seriously collectible. In excellent condition and all original . These are getting harder to get in nice condition and going up in value .

Condition - Great used condition , with some marks on the dial but generally excellent , please see all pictures . I have not timed precisely but guarantee within 10 seconds a day , new battery fitted prior to posting . No guarantee for waterproof .
Age / Circa - Made in Switzerland , Circa 1976 .
Movement - Swiss quartz Mosaba ESA 9162 tuning fork movement . 
Dial - Beautiful electric blue dial with white hour markers and hands . Quick set date window at 3 . There is some patina or lifting of the blue finish in some small areas , mainly above the 12 and 1 o clock markers but please remember these pictures are magnified and not to noticeable in the flesh . 
Crystal - Original mineral glass .
Case - All in stainless steel , lovely pillow shaped case in brushed finish with screw back cover . Some tool marks to the back cover .
Case Size - 41mm top to bottom 35mm side to side ( without crown ) and 11mm depth
Bracelet - Original and FULL length bracelet . No stretching , or seized screws for the removable links . Stainless steel from solid links . Fits max 7 3/4" wrist .
