ORIGINAL 1960S RETRO WATCH

Here is a very collectable Union Soleure and from a time when quartz watches had more than a cheap piece of plastic inside them. A New old stock piece that was not sold in the 1970s and i am now able to bring to you for sale. Made in Germany and top qualtiy. It uses movement cal 667.20 that was up to date and using the latest technology in microelectronics and mechanics combined in the 70s and part of the history of quartz watch development. With the back of brass cogs can be seen and a number of jewels. These movements seem to run forever so long as they have a new battery fitted. This watch is very large and chunky and suits only the large wrists. It has a rather handsome but unusual dial in blue with chrome batons and hands. Furnished with a date window and set in this very retro rectangular aperture. It is all in very near mint condition from the scratch free crystal to the polished chromium plate case. Any marks are very small and insignificant and would have been gained through storage or handling only. This watch comes on its original bracelet with all original links and also signed buckle. This watch is in perfect working order and holding time very well. A great addition to any retro collection and a rare find that reflects the technology of its time and tells a little about history.
