RADO DIASTAR - TUNGSTON CASE

This is the famed Rado Diastar that is a seriously sought after classic . Absolutely beautiful and when new these were the cutting edge of technology being made from exotic materials . Its handsome dial is in black and littered with tiny little studs like stars twinkling and diamonds used as hour markers at 3 , 9 and 12 o clock . Unusually the quick set day/date window is located at 6 o clock . The dial is fresh with no marks or patina . The crystal is multi faceted and totally scratch free with a couple of very tiny , hard to see chips at the top edge ( nothing serious ) . Its case is scratch proof and made of gold plated tungsten , This shade is more of a rose gold hue and a very rare model indeed . This is a cap set over the stainless steel movement housing . As you can see by the pictures the case is in fabulous condition with not a single scratch or chip at all . Still on its original gold plated bracelet in nice condition and sports a sprung loaded section in the buckle that allows for a more comfortable fit . It will fit a 7 3/4" wrist . It has signed crown , buckle , back case and dial with the movement fully numbered and stamped up . It is running very well and holding time . A quality Swiss watch that is very collectable and will last you for many many years .
