ORIGINAL 1970S RETRO WATCHLONGINES ULTRA QUARTZ WATCH SUPER RARE ELECTRONIC 1970s REF JLY115
An extremely rare and very very special watch , highly sought after by collectors . Circa 1971 and a direct competitor to Omegas Electroquartz f8192Hz Beta 21 watches . It features an incredible movement that is on the front cover of Pieter Doensen's book " Watch , History of the Modern Wrist Watch " . The only Cybernetic movement ever made and instead of an IC it used separate micro sized electronic parts . 14 transistors , 19 resistors and 7 capacitors have been shoe horned into this watch movement . Hardly any of these survive today and even fewer are actually running . Please check out the link

This really is the Holy Grail of all electronic watch collections and the rarest of the lot . Collectors of Omega f300Hz and Beta 21 watches dream of having one of these . The watch is in PERFECT working order and holding time correctly . The blue dial is irresistible with those over-hanging hour batons that the minute and second hand passes underneath . Date is quick set and unusually between the 4 and 5 hour batons . The setting crown is on the back of the watch where there is an easy access battery cover . The case is stainless steel with only light marks gained through gentle use , there are no heavy dings or deep scratches as you can see . Fitted on a new 22mm leather strap . The only thing that will benefit this watch is a new rubber seal between the crystal and the dials as the original one is no longer there and it will keep the case and back fitting more snug although not a problem or necessity . I can't stress enough how rare this watch is and it is not going to devalue if kept in the same condition . Rare watches like this only go up in value and a very good investment .
Please be aware that no returns will be accepted on this if the movement or parts are any way tampered with or swapped . The movement has been secretly marked by my watch maker and it has also been timed and verified as good working order .
