Here is a very collectable Junghans and from a time when quartz watches had more than a cheap piece of plastic inside them . A New old stock piece that was not sold in the 1970s and i am now able to bring to you for sale . Made in Germany and top quality . It uses movement cal 667.30 which was up to date and using the latest technology in micro electronics and mechanics combined in the 70s and part of the history of quartz watch development . With the back of brass cogs can be seen and a number of jewels . These movements seem to run for ever so long as they have a new battery fitted . A very handsome watch and mouth watering retro dial in two tone black and gold . The dial is also two tiered with the centre lower than the raised hour ring . Furnished with a quick set date window at 3 . Housed in a very funky hexagonal case that is finished in gold plate and mounted on a snake skin look , original leather strap with signed buckle and Junghans swing tag . This watch is in perfect working order and holding time very well . A great addition to any retro collection and a rare find that reflects the technology of its time and tells a little about history .
