Here we have a large and very retro Arios jump hour , brand new old stock , originally meant for sale in the 1970s . Quality Swiss wind up mechanical movement . These were, also known as " direct read " or " digital " watches because of the way they tell the time using rotating discs that appear behind little apertures . This model has amazing space age look which are as futuristic today as it was 30 years ago . Shows hours and mins on the two discs and seconds on the unusual little hand in the centre . The dial is handsomely finished in two tone blues . Its huge square case is plated in chromium with brushed facia and polished sides . Comes on its original , blue rubber strap . A very cool;; looking watch with huge retro appeal and styling which typifies the 1970s design . Completely original , circa 1970s , brand new old stock and in perfect working order .
